Two-photographer coverage of the speakers, conversations and attendee experience at Visit Orlando’s 2026 Industry Insights Forum.

At a glance

Two photographers. A broader view of the forum.

When nearly 500 tourism and hospitality professionals come together to discuss what comes next for Orlando, there is more to the story than the people onstage.

Strata provided two photographers for Visit Orlando’s 2026 Industry Insights Forum at the Orange County Convention Center. Our photographs bring together the live program, the branded setting and the conversations happening around it.

Case note

The event

The August 5 forum brought Visit Orlando members and industry leaders together for a half-day educational program. The agenda explored travel and economic forecasts, artificial intelligence and changing audiences, with an Executive Insights Lunch adding another perspective on the future of travel.

The photographs needed to show both the program and the people participating in it. A wide room view establishes the scale; a closer expression or conversation gives that scene its human context.

Case note

Beyond the agenda

The gallery shows people checking in, talking over refreshments, listening to speakers and taking part in panel sessions. Those moments help tell the story of being there, beyond the printed agenda.

For planners and DMCs, this is a useful way to assess a photography partner: look for the people and interactions alongside the formal program. A conference should feel like a gathering of people, not simply a succession of podium photographs.

Case note

An unmistakably Visit Orlando event

The forum’s blue-and-orange branding appeared across presentation screens, registration displays and event signage. Wide photographs connect that visual identity to the venue; tighter compositions preserve the details within it.

The result is a collection that clearly belongs to this event, with room views, speaker photographs and attendee moments working together.

Case note

Why two photographers mattered

Strata provided a two-photographer team. For a conference, that gives coverage more flexibility: one photographer can stay with a presentation while the other looks for attendee reactions, interactions and details elsewhere in the room.

Complementary perspectives also make the finished collection more varied. The same program can be shown through a clear stage photograph, a wider view of the room and a closer look at the audience.

Case note

The coverage

The collection includes:

  • Speakers and onstage presentations
  • Panel discussions and audience reactions
  • Registration and candid conversations
  • Wide room views and convention-center interiors
  • Visit Orlando branding and event details
  • Posed attendee groups

These different views give communications teams options for recap articles, social content, internal updates and future event promotion.

Documented outcome

A gallery with range

A varied photographic record of the 2026 forum: its speakers, its setting and the people connecting throughout the day. The photographs above show the range of that coverage, with a link to the full event gallery.

For an upcoming conference, the planning conversation starts with your agenda, priority people and the moments your team needs documented. Strata offers corporate event photography in Orlando and throughout Florida, with multiple photographers available when the program calls for broader coverage.
